According to Poslovni Dnevnik, Infobip, the Croatian global cloud communication platform, has once again emerged as the foremost leader in the CPaaS market (Communication Platform as a Service), as noted in this year’s Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Communications Platform as a Service. Infobip's recognition underscores its exceptional execution capabilities and comprehensive vision.


Gartner’s latest report on the top trends in business communication services for 2024 highlighted the increasing prominence of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI): "The rise of generative artificial intelligence throughout 2023 has significantly impacted various technology domains."


A survey conducted by Gartner among Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and technology executives identified several key benefits expected from digital technology investments, including enhanced customer experiences, improved margins, revenue growth, business alignment and risk reduction, and increased employee efficiency.
